That is absolutely gorgeous!

It is simply stunning! I know you struggled with the yellow color and had some machine issues during the process , but hope you can sit back and enjoy it and that it gives you a smile every time you look at it!!

Your quilt is beautiful. Can you tell me what pattern you used. Also is it a Queen Size. Thanks

Beautiful quilt, what pattern did you use?

Blue and yellow quilts are one of my favorites and I really love bargello. What is the name of the pattern, if you don't mind my asking. I am always looking for bargello patterns.

Oops should have read everything first... found the pattern name... thanks

That's a University of Michigan quilt in Maize and Blue--Congratulations

You should do a tute on it. So many of us would love to see just how yo cut everything and put it togeather.

It is Surf Song from Twist and Turn Bargello Quilts by Eileen Wright. There are two sizes of this pattern in the book, and one of them is 98 x 97. My quilt is 60 x 62, which is right between the two sizes that are in the book.

Actually, I had so many questions on this quilt that you could research the 6 threads I started on it and more or less have a tute on it. :) (I was very unsure of the yellow....and kept questioning it.) But, to be honest, just get Eileen Wright's book (or one of them, she has two) and it is explained very thoroughly. Promise. If I can do this, any one can.
