This is beautiful and I am wondering where the pretty ladies in the quilt came from. Was it a pattern or fabric?

Hi, thank you. The patterns are designed by Helen Scott. There is a bonnet girl site where the patterns are sold, many individual ones and also there are two books. The website is www.bonnetgirls.com.
Gorgeous~Simply Gorgeous!!!!
Hi, There are two different books. However, the patterns I done in this quilt were individual patterns that you can order.
The url address for the bonnet girls is www.bonnetgirls.com, There are two books available, but also, tons of individual patterns. Each one in my quilt are patterns by Helen Scott. However, two of the blocks are my design, one is Going to market, where Denise is going to market with her little hen, and the other one I designed is called farewell...It shows a bonnet girl bidding farewell to a riverboat...
Sorry these aren't Sunbonnet Sue's. lol

No, the bonnet girls are not cut outs. They are appliqued pieces which i cut out and appliqued..Even the tiny pieces are appliqued, for instance, the hands, the little bird, etc. The faces are drawn with derwent pencils and micron pens.
The bonnet girls are individual patterns that I used. There are also two books available. Patterns were used.
Perfect quilting for your beautiful ladies, it really is a show stopper. Thanks so much for sharing.
