I did one like that many years ago for an elderly aunt who loved to read sexy books but was embarrassed for anyone to see her with them while traveling. She loved it!!

Very pretty! I like the flower.

The flower is one you make for the little pincushion on a golf tee (just google it) it's a free tute. Instead of the center I just pulled it tight and popped a botton in the center. Thanks for all the nice comments. :)
