I started quilting almost 20 years ago so a class could make their minimum -- queen size pineapple. Have run out of fabric twice in all that time and now I'm in need of a yard or maybe a little more to finish matching quilts. Even a 10" square would be helpful if you only have a little. It's a chanteclaire fabric with white background and gold roses/buds. Hope the pics are o.k.

I hope you can find the fabric you need. it is pretty!!! I don't have any of that one!

if you can't find it, you could use printed treasures printer fabric and scan what you have, and print an 8x10 sheet.

I also hope that you can find it. I don't have it.The quilt looks gorgeous!

I don't have any fabric like that. I hope you find some, if very old, you probably won't find any. Quilt is very pretty.

Just bought that material this year. Got the last of it at the local quilt shop. Never heard of scanning and printing. Is this something new?

No, It has been discussed on here before, I make photo quilts and print on material that is made for that. You could use it to make your own.

It's beautiful! How about a closer view of the fabric you need.

If you still have some of the selvedge left - Google the name of the fabric and the maker - you might get lucky. Good luck with your search.

If I had any of the fabric I would gladly let you have it but I don't have. Gold is one color I need to start putting into my stash. That & yellows. You Quilt is beautiful though. I wish you luck on finding the fabric. I'd sure google the maker & fabric name. Or try to scan & print your own.

I reread this and believe its the one with the white background? Its hard to see the fabric print in this picture. You need a close up

Beautiful quilt!
I hope you find the fabric you need

Sorry I can't help, but yor quilt is beautiful. I hope you find what you need.

If we had a nice clear close-up, I would be happy to take it to this fabric store in my area that buys old/new bolts of fabric. I have seen fabric in there from 20,30, and 40 years ago.

oldswimmer 03-18-2010 05:05 AM

Is this the one?

holy cow!! how did you ever find that?

glenda 03-19-2010 10:47 AM

Thanks to my quilting friends, I have found what I needed in the state of Maine. It's expensive, but beggars can't be choosers. These quilts are certainly turning into cross-country projects.

Bevanger 03-19-2010 11:44 AM

it sure is pretty
