Thanks for the information... now to get sewing! After a couple of hours on the site and I'll get right to it! =)

I do my string quilts on used dryer sheets. No removal of the foundation. This is my favorite quilt to do:) Love your colors...makes me want to get in those scrap bins again!

Your fabrics are so very pretty. I love your bolds. Nice job on the piecing. :D

Was removing the paper easy? I read the tutorial and will purchase the paper she recommends if it isn't difficult to remove as you finish the block? I love your colors.
I am making a spider web quilt, but it calls for muslin as the foundation. |
Very pretty!

The blocks are beautiful. It is a great pattern to use for a group. You don't have to worry about seam allowance size
I made my blocks 9 1/2 inches, to finish at 9 inches. But if we did it as a group project and one block was smaller, we could just trim the others down to be the same size. There really isn't too much we can do to mess this one up! Gotta love that, right? Mindless sewing is really good sometimes. I just love to stitch in JOY!!! |
I think that your blocks are beautiful. I've made several scrappy tops but so far nothing like this. But I think I will...

Fabulous! Love the fabrics & thanks for sharing the link!
