To think there are some who don't like brown. Yours is absolutely perfect and so warm and inviting to look at. She will love it I am sure.

What a gorgeous quilt and I admire the fact that you hand quilted such a large quilt. Your daughter will love it and it will help keep her warm this winter.

Beautiful!!! And I am so happy to see a lot of quilting!!! Usually when I see hand quilted quilts, there is a minimum of quilting. I fear for it's future. Yours looks wonderful!!

My second daughter reminded me that I had not made her a bed quilt since she was in college more than 20 years ago. What kind of mother must I be, although she does have numerous lap and wall hanging quilts. She wanted it to be only brown and beige and even sent me several yards of fabric to start with. It finished to be 90 inch square. I paper pieced the majority and hand quilted it. Next week it will be going up to Illinois to help her get through this wicked winter.

Your Quilt is Beautiful!!! The colors make the quilt look rich and your quilting is Gorgeous.

The quilt is absolutely gorgeous. I love the design, the choice of fabrics, the piecing, and the quilting. All in all, I love everything about your quilt. She'll treasure it forever. I hope she uses it on her bed and enjoys it! Although some quilts are made to be hung, I make quilts to be used. I tell all my recipients that if they wear out the quilt, I'll make them another one. LOL. Thanks for sharing.

Usually brown doesn't really appeal to me but I think I may have to change my mind because this quilt sure does appeal. It's beautiful.
