That is the Buttonhole Stitch. It's really easy.

Did you do that stitch by hand? Are the edges just raw or turned under. I have never made an applique quilt, but have been collecting 30's fabric for one. Any tips? Just love yours.

Those are so adorable! I think the pie eyed look does give them more of a 30's look! You do wonderful applique! :thumbup: :-D :thumbup:

Do not let my BF see this. Bunnies, 30's fabric and applique, all of her favorite things. Don't take it into any dark alleys or it is gone.
