A couple months ago I talked about making a button hand bag for my daughter. Some expressed interest in seeing it when I was done. The brown one is the original one I did and the pastel colored one is the one I did for my daughter. The brown bag I sewed myself and the black bag came from "forever 21" that has a handbag and then they sell "skirts" to go over them. I made the pastel button skirt to go over that bag.

Not too bad actually. Of course it is not a bag to put the kitchen sink in, just essentials.

Yes, I tied off each button individually but did not cut the line. It was a lot of work, but I just love how they turned out. My daughter teaches autistic children and they love to look at hers.
