depends on your fair book...you might can enter all 3 in different categories. If you enter the flag as a wall hanging, make sure you know ahead of time if a sleeve is required. Our book did not state either way, but the judge dismissed any that did not have one...
also find out if you can who is judging and if they are a stickler for quilting details. Our judge last year only wanted to judge the hand quilted ones...what a PITA....

All are lovely...that Wizard of Oz is the nicest I've seen yet. I think Jacqui is right, check the rules and anything else you can find out, just to know that everything fits the programme and you won't miss out because of a simple omission.
