My mom has one. She has an old singer treddle machine. All the acessories came in this nifty little box. The machine that my mother has was my great grandmoters. You have quite a find. I've never seen one like it other than my moms. I will try to get a picture of my moms machine and box.

I have one of those puzzle boxes that came with my Singer treadle machine.

It looks like you have hemmers and a tucker - if you have a low shank machine, you might like using these.

Often the little foot that the hemmers hooks onto is missing in these boxes - how nice that yours is present. :) A little soaking in Evaporust and a little polishing and you'll be good to go.

Its really neat!

WOW.. that's quite a find.. very nice set of "rolled hem feet"
great for handkerchief hems and scarves.. gotta love that.

Wow! It looks like sewing machine feet. I was blessed enough to find an 1889 Singer treadle that sews like a dream. When you think about it....that was 120 years ago. What treasures we have.

Hi, LORI Its a sewing attachment box, I have the same one. LORI K. 8-)

Debbie B 12-18-2010 07:58 AM

I have one something like that. It went to my husband's great grandmother's treadle sewing machine. I was told that it was the attachment box that came with the machine. We have the sewing machine, too, but it need some work to get it up & running again.
