Car Quilt For Max
 

[ATTACH=CONFIG]396134[/ATTACH]This is a quilt I have just made for my friends grandson Max, I just quilted it the fabric is too nice to cut. I liked the fabric sooo much I bought enough for another two quilts for birthday gifts (nice fabric for little boys is hard to come by).

It is a Riley Bishop Fabric which I got from the US. The backing is car advertisements and on closer inspection all the adds are from Melbourne Australia, on further investigation I discovered the designer of the fabric Kellie Wulfsohn lives here in Melbourne. What goes around comes around.

Oh I didn't know we were such close friends, my little Grandson MAX is going to love the quilt. Oh did you mean a friend you actually know? Darn...lol It is great. I am sure your friend's Max will love it.

Love it! I've bought more of fabrics I love, too, and they're usually 'boy' fabrics.

That might have something to do with the fact that I have 4 grand sons and one more grandson on the way, one 18 year old grand daughter who wants a snake quilt...and I haven't quite given up being a tomboy.
