the guild i belong to donates a lot of quilts for distribution to children who've been removed from the homes by court order. they can be anywhere between infants to teens.

I also donate quilts in our county to kids in foster care. All have been removed from their homes and have very little belongings. I think it very important to have a personal quilt and to keep them warm.
