Cat Quilt for Heather
 

I love cats and so does my former DIL Heather. I found this pattern in an Australian quilting magazine and saved it till I was home and could cut into my scraps. I found some fish fabric so there is a 'catfish', I named most of the cats in the quiilt so I had a good time making it. I did change things a bit and that was a problem. I decided to make the head and ears out of a flying geese thingy and wing it on my own. I had notime to take it to a LAQ so I just did it myself. We loved it and so did Gracie, her cat. I forgot to take pictures when I was finished I was in that much of a hurry so I had her take some photos with her IPhone. Sorry the pictures aren't so great, but it's really much more colorful and pretty than the photo.

Anyone who loves cats will certainly love this quilt. I do, and this is sew cute. Thanks for sharing.

It's darlin'. I have a bunch of those blocks somewhere....I need to find them and work them up!

Beautiful quilt. I have three cats. Because of shedding they don't get to enjoy my quilts. Keeping them clean, in case I find someone that needs a quilt.
