charity quilt

Mom and dad retired to Maine in a predominently seasonal property area. There was a very small library (run mostly by volunteers, and only open a few hours a week) that dad went to every week. Being an avid reader, I think he read most every book in the library.
I decided to make a quilt out of 2 1/2 inch squares I had been cutting my scraps into, and donate the quilt to the library in my father's name. I contacted the director, and told her they could either hang the quilt in the library, or raffle it off to benefit the library.
I'm making a trip to New England in October, and will personally deliver the quilt to the library.
