For such a simple quilt, I had the most difficult time with this one. My motto..."As ye sew, so shall ye rip..." was definitely the case here. I pieced the backing, cut the sides off too short, and had to add the charm squares on the backing corners. My husband says he really like it....go figure! Made from 3 charm packs and some neutrals I had in my stash.

I love the ideas I've seen here for doing something interesting on the back (by choice or necessity!). I had never thought about it, but plan to do something on the 2 quilts for GDs I'm doing this month. I keep reading the posts instead of sewing because I keep seeing great ideas. I must now sew-after I look at a "few" more posts :lol:

That happens to me all the time. The little projects I think I'll be able to knock off in a day or two sometimes turn out to be the challenging! Yours came out just great!
