Thank you so much for the photo and the link. That is a great method and looks so easy to put together. I also have 6" squares and might scale the sashing strip up to make it work with them. This would be perfect for donation quilts.

Your quilt is pretty! I just love all lattice and Irish chain quilts, too. I want to say this pattern makes is so easy because studying your blocks, the ‘old way’ would have been to make quarter square triangle block, then sash, then match each block to the next .
