This is one of the quilts I made for the shop from the Chocolat collection by Moda. I can't remember the name of the pattern, but it was in a recent Buggy Barn book. Maybe it was called Think Spring, but right now I can't be sure. LOL I love Buggy Barn patterns, so always volunteer when Pam decides one needs to be made.

Shop quilt. Not sure of name

I really like that. Looks fun. I also like the trick with the two hands holding up the quilt....it's headless!

so happy looking, Are the flower petals loose on edges? looks great, do you get to keep it? :D

Nope, never get to keep them. I did purchase a fat quarter collection of this fabric, in case I want to make one for myself.

I love your quilt, Boo. What method did you use to construct this. It's fantastic. I love the quilting also. Way to go!

Vonnie, Buggy Barn patterns are often this ingenious method of slash and sew. This one is no different. You draw the pattern on freezer paper, press it on the fat quarters and cut here. Then you swap out the background with another block. It's alot of fun, you may want to try it.

Boo, You've bragged about the Buggy Barn patterns before. I am going to do one of their patterns very soon. Right now I'm so far behind I'm ahead, or something!
I love the colors you used in your quilt. They really do make the pattern work. They're not "my" colors so I'd really have to work to use them. I'm sure it would be good for me. I think working outside of your comfort zone is highly overrated!!! I think I'll stick to my brights and pastels.
Anyway, one of these days you're going to be so surprised!
