It's a shame that so many people who would like to say "Merry Christmas" will say only "Happy Holidays" out of fear of offending, like Christmas could ever be offensive! Even if it's not your holiday, where's the offense when someone is wishing you well? I think most people want to say Merry Christmas, as it's what 97% of us are celebrating. When someone say's "Happy Holidays" I say, "Oh, what holidays?" They usually say, "Christmas" so I respond with "Merry Christmas to you, too!"

Your quilt is beautiful!!! Is that a Sunbonnet Sue I see? I love Sunbonnet Sue quilts! I'm in two quilt bees, one was a spin off of the other after it got too large. The first one is called Sunbonnet Sues, and the other is called Sunbonnet Sisters. I never thought of putting her by the Christmas tree. It is a wonderful way to say MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Read Mark 8:38, Luke 9:26, Romans 1:16 , 2 Timothy 1:8 & 2:15. I am not ashamed therefor I will say Merry CHRISTmas
