I finished up a Christmas quilt this morning, and below are the pics of it. It is made from a jelly roll of the "Cranberry Wishes" collection by Kansas Troubles for Moda. I really liked the holly fabric in the various colorways in the collection, so I bought some of the red and gold fabric yardage to do the borders, binding, and backing in.
It measures 58" x 74". I did free-motion quilting all over it with a burgandy colored thread. The pattern is called "Pandora's Box" by Lynn and Nicky Lintott from their "Jelly Roll Quilts" book (one of my favorites). As you can see, I need to get busy making a tree skirt! :) |
