Beautiful quilt, great job and thanks for sharing
Have a Blessed day Ellen |
I love your quilt. What is the pattern? It looks like a 60 degree angle, but then what about the other side?

This is the graduation quilt that I made for our grandson. I believe that the pattern is called Thinking outside the box. He wanted his quilt in red, white and blue. He was really happy with it, and loved the 3-D look of the quilt. The first pic is him with his quilt, the second is the red fleece backing with the label, which I got from a member of this board, which said Grandchildren are like quilts, a great source of comfort. Beautiful labels. The third pic is the quilt by itself and the fourth is the pillowcase that I made to match. Thanks for looking, enjoy. Sorry for the blurriness, I am not good on a camera, when I have to stand on a chair to get even with the subject on the balcony. lol

Love this, you did a great job, the colors work well together. I have this pattern too but I still can't decide what colors to do it in! I really like all your quilts you did for your family, they are lucky!

Terrific quilt!!

Pattern is just like a log cabin, only you don't go around, just build from 2 sides, being careful to maintain square. If you look at the pillowcase, one of those blocks is 1/4 of the full block.
