I just finished this Christmas quilt last weekend (up until 2 am working on it). It is 79" W x 80" L.

I will be donating it to a craft co-op store that I belong to in Oak Park, IL as a fundraiser for our 37th annual craft show on 11/06/11. My question to you is how much should we charge for a raffle ticket? Your feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Birdhse

We always do 1 ticket = $1. 6 tickets = $5.

We found that works well. Be sure to allow ample time to sell tickets. It helps too if people have a good-quality photo of the quilt that they can show to co-workers, friends, relatives, etc.

I like the browns that you added to it.

I'm willing to do the $1 for one ticket, 6 tickets for $5 route.

ditto for one of my guilds
the other guild is selling $2/each and 3 for $5 - not selling as well as the other guild
both lovely quilts, but easier for me to sell the $1 and $5 tickets

It's a lovely quilt and I agree with the $1 a ticket/6 for $5. Good luck.
