[QUOTE=QuiltedCritterLady;4763221]Wow - both are beautiful! Did you use a pattern for the bag? I would love to make one, but have never made a bag before. I would love to know where to find the instructions. :D[/QUOTE

The Bow Tuck Bag pattern is by Penny Sturges and you can get them on ebay. Here's a listing for a mini bow tuck (which is what I bought. It's a nice size bag, 11" X 10" X 5". The regular Bow Tuck is big enough for a diaper bag).

I would have never thought of using Christmas fabric fin a court yard steps design, but it is Beautiful....great idea!

Both are really pretty! I'd love to make a bow tucks purse but I don't have the pattern. I guess I'll look for it after Christmas. I think they would make great gifts for next year. I decided I have to start making Christmas stuff in July next year so I don't have this mad rush in Decemeber when I could be socializing more. And baking. And decorating.:D
