a circle quilt for me. :)
3 Attachment(s)
I started this one yesterday. I used one of my small plates as a template and went through my scraps for pieces big enough to work for it. I blanket stitched around each circle and took it to the longarm. I used hobbs batting.
For this one, I used a panto. I think it's called Tickle. Not really sure, my mom is the one that usually does all the pantos. It was the one she had ready to go on the machine and just decided to use it. Not to shabby for a throw together quilt. Best of all....it's mine!! I used Heather Bailey on the back and that's my hoarded stash. I've been saving those roses for a long time just waiting for the right project. This was it. I am thinking about making a pair of pj pants to go with it. :) Third picture is the backing. The quilting doesn't show up well on it. |
nicely done... our quilting seniors group is starting a quilt with that pattern this month.
