Thanks to "too much Fabric" for inspiring me to try this. I did not find it to be "easy" but intense. However, I had a good time making this one and can hardly wait to make a larger one. I think it turned out pretty good and I've noticed that everyone one that has been done thus far as been quilted differently -- what a plus that is... Thanks so much for the tut on this one....

I love it! I like the white background with the different colors for the pinwheels, and then the pink border! It's different and very lovely!

...and yours is the first one to have multi-colored pinwheels!! How fun is that!!

Hey Susie, I used 2/12 inch squares cause I had a bunch of strips are already cut but I'm going to try this again in 5 inch squares.... I just loved they way it turned out.

OK I got the directions from "too much fabric" right here on the board under 3d pinwheel - you can find it also and have a good time making your own. It's so much fun....

Lovely! I like your colors. I have done 3 of them and they are fun to do. I must take some pictures and post photos. It is a good way for me to use up some material, and I think they go together pretty fast.
