These are the notions I got yesterday. Boy was I excited.

It's a DVD that has 800 quilting patterns on it and a mini iron, a magnetic pin holder and an threader ( for my tired eyes.)

I've got that iron on my "buy" list. I love the threader!! If you have problems with it push the lever up and down about 50-100 times....LOL I did that and it works!!! It was not "threading" when I first got it and I got frustrated on night. Also, hold the thread on both sides with your one hand, pulling the thread toward the lever.....mine works 100% of the time now!!!

same iron on my shopping list,
too!! Have fun using them!!

I've used that mini iron for years on craft projects. Works great but takes longer than my full size iron to heat up.

Couldn't do without the magnetic pin holder - when I clean up around my machine I just wave the magic magnet on the floor. And the iron is good to have near your machine for quick pressing. Good buys.

That's a great haul!!

Oh all of your notions are so useful! Nice job picking them out, they are going to make your quilting life much easier. I have them all too. So I am very happy for you. :D
The instructions say that if the threader isn't working it is because the needle eye is too small for that thread. That is the only problem I had with it, but after I read the instructions, it has worked perfectly. Funny how that works ....LOL!

I have a small telescoping magnet (fits in a pocket) that I got at Auto Zone that I use at my machine or in my sewing kit to pick up pins, scissors, seam ripper, etc that falls on the floor. It is strong enough it will pick up a wad of keys! Only thing don't store it next to your computerized sewing machine.
