here is another "scrap" project I've just completed, using left over fabrics from tablecloths I am sewing for an event I did a wrap basket to be auctions off at the event - I love using scraps to create all sort of useful items

I use clothes line from the dollar store - 1 cord will do a basket

No pattern, just done with 1 inch strips wrapped and glued every 5inches around clothes line and zz stitched - using a 5.0 width. Just vary your colors to get the effect you want
