I really love crazy patch quilts. I'm saving my scraps, but haven't taken the beginning step yet. I saw this link a long time ago http://www.azpatch.com/bom/bom2003/08aug03/bom03aug.htm but I guess now I'm waiting for you to continue to inspire me! It's a beauty.

I love your crazy patch! I'll have to find the picture of the one I did. I love the sashing that makes it not quite so CRAZY!!
TFS! Susan |
Beautiful quilt!!!
I can't wait for your tutorial!!! |
I love the larger size crazy block you are using, is it completed random or have you used a fixed 'crazy pattern' Aggi? :-)
|
lovely quilt, you are very talented.
|
I love your crazy quilt. Did you do the embroidery on your machine or by hand? I have tried to make one of those quilts several times and I just cannot manage to get there.
|
Very nice! A crazy quilt is on my to do list.

Cindy I mainly teach here in the city I live. St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada. For the last 4 years I have my own little classroom at one of the big community centres. I can usually take on 12 people per class. Once I get my house (ooh let the house gods be good to me and give me my house before the end of the year) I want to teach privately in my home. I have dabbled a bit with pattern drafting and designing of my own, but will get into that more once i have my house and my dream studio/classroom in place! As for the few thousand miles!! hey the world is getting smaller and smaller!!! :) |
thank you for the lovely response, I wonder how far from central florida Newfoundland actually is? Do you have a lot of snow? Cindy

What a beautiful crazy patch quilt. I've always love these quilts and yours is wonderful!
