Crazy Quilt
2 Attachment(s)
Finished quilt and yes I did put the label on back. Never had done a crazy quilt, and since I have lots and lots of strings, I wanted to try one. I had posted a question re: the label on the front and decided to put it on the back. I really am glad I did that. The yellow border on front is a print; can hardly tell in the picture and there is a serpentine stitch sewed down the middle of that border. It's all pretty heavily quilted with decorative stitches; took a very long time to cut all the little threads off the back, probably missed a few. It was all done from stash. I'm glad to finish it so I can start on something else. It looks a little ruffled, but it's laying on some pillows at the top, and quilts folded at the bottom.

Looks like a fun project...nice finish. It looks like a great project to use up some of your scraps.

After seeing your quilt, I don't know why I never use yellow in anything - your yellow border is absolutely perfect and brings everything together.

I bought the templates for this quilt years ago....but have never attempted one. Maybe one day.....

Very nice. This is a good idea. I'll have to try this with my material. Very interesting and love all the colors.
