Even when my time is limited, I have to look when I see your name. GORGEOUS!

Hi c, Your quilting is amazing and I do not think anyone has discovered any cut off points or other errors. Just goes to show that we don't have to be perfect in our quilt making.
I have a question. I know nothing of how a LA machine works but I was wondering how you do your design changes when you quilt. For instance, in one area you do one design and then another area you do a different design. Do you have to stop, tie off the stopping point and then start in a new place much as I would have to do if I were good enough to do such a thing on my small sewing machine? Or do you travel with the needle to a new starting place? Just being curious. :-)

You pick out all the best patterns and I always want to try the things you do, but not enough time. So many projects and so little time. I also love seeing the quilting designs you choose. I find all of this very inspirational. Grace

I'm curious about using two layers of batting.
My Husband wants a HEAVY quilt but can't seem to match any battings with what he would prefer.
Any hints, helps?
Kirsten
