My mom found this adorable car at a yard sale the other day! The lady who had it called it a sewing basket but it doesn't have any pockets inside. I suspect she kept fabric in it.

I have put bags of scraps in it! I don't have any closets to store in so I have to find creative ways to store things. I love old picnic baskets so Mom knew I would love this one and I surely do!!

Unfortunately she has lost a wheel but as they are made of wood I will eventually cut one out and repair her.

That's a great item Rhonda, and it is beautifully made. Nice to see it saved in a good home!

You could sing 'Three wheels on my wagon' Rhonda! When you started to write about a car, (and at that point I hadn't seen your pics because of my small screen), I thought you meant a real one.

I once saw an old car being used as a home for a goat, so if your house is bursting at the seams, perhaps it's time to park a car outside as storage!
