Criss Cross Baby Quilt
1 Attachment(s)
Since I wasn't entirely happy with my other baby quilt, I decided to use the only other juvenile fabric I had to made another attempt. This one I am much happier with. I want to give a shout out to SewBizGirl for posting a picture of her criss cross quilt and where to find the pattern. I just loved her quilt and thought it would be a good fit for the small amount of fabric I had to use. I did buy the red border fabric, but otherwise it was all from my stash. If at first you don't succeed.....:)

I really like it!

Very pretty and colorful. Job well done. I love that you are using stash. I'm trying to do that more.
nicely done
Very cheery!! Sometimes we just have those disconnects between our vision and reality, and gotta rework it.
Cute quilt!
Terrific quilt! Nice that you could use some smaller pieces added to a solid.
Very nice!
That's a very nice quilt & I love the quilting you did on the borders.
Very nice, great job
Very nice!
Some child is going to keep warm this winter under this fun quilt.
Very pretty baby quilt.
I like this one much better, both the colors and the pattern.
Very nice!
Really nice and colorful. Great quilt
Nice quilt although I did like your other quilt. I liked your circular quilting in the other and the V quilting in the borders of this one. Great job!
Like it. A nice quilt for a child. Babies do grow into young children and this will stand the test of time and "growing up". Would you mind sharing what SewBiz shared with you?

Great quilt!
very pretty. I like strong colors. Nothing against using pastels for baby quilts, I've done it myself, but the bright colors are a refresing change.
Great quilt! I love the two yellow crosses. They really pop. I also like the quilting.

I like both of your quilts - they seem to have a timeless quality to them. Maybe it's your fabric choices, but they both look like they've been handed down through the family. A lovely look.
I love how it turned out. I think the borders actually make the quilt
This is really pretty. Love the pattern. Both quilts are wonderful...
Nice quilt.
Very nice colorful quilt. But all are very nice.
I also like the pattern...it turned out wonderfully and I like your red border fabric, it compliments your criss crosses nicely.
ekuw, I saved the pattern to my "to do" file and thank you and SEWbiz for another good idea for future quilts.
I really like this one much better. It is going to be loved by the baby and the new mom.💕
