I'm making it as a 20th anniversary gift to DD & DSIL. Last summer after I was dx w/breast cancer, but before I began chemo, DD brought 3 grocery bags of clothes they no longer wear (DD, DSIL & 16 yr old DGD) and suggested 'Make quilts Mom.' She knew it would help me to de-stress, and it worked. I finished 2 by THanksgiving, but saved this one for this year.
