Just finished this top. So fun to just pick and sew with all my scraps. Very relaxing and also fun remembering the fabrics I've used over the past year or so.

I got the idea here: http://quiltville.com/crumbs.shtml

But our own talented Izy has a tutorial as well: http://www.quiltingboard.com/posts/list/6951.page

Don't you love my quilt stand?

Very Pretty and it does have nice legs!!!!

Chele that is fantastic    ...I love how you just whacked all the blocks together for a truly crazy quilt!!!! Of course I am abit biased on this method

I also got the inspiration from quiltville.com, I have just finished 98 blocks for the next crazy quilt, I am just waiting for some fabric for the sashing to come, I am putting them on point this time!!!

Your quilt stand has got cracking legs...wish mine looked like that!!!! lol!!!!

AND I like how you did your borders! I would never have thought of that.

Thanks everyone! You guys always make me blush!

Izy, great legs, huh? Fourteen year old legs! Remember? Ours were that skinny back in the day! Luckily my daughter and her friends trade quilt stand duties for food. I'm running a B&B for four girls this weekend. They eat, I tell you!

You did a right "crumby" job on this one Chele! It's wonderful & I like your borders too - did you sew the 2 colors together first?

Omg.....I do remember....just about, I had a crush on the math teacher, and we were allowed to wear 'tights' when we got to 4th year (14), and I thought I was so cool in my 'ecru' tights and platform soles...until Mr Begg commented that I needed to put some weight on as I look like I had been 'laid out' (dressed like a corpse!!!!!) Needless to say I got over my crush pretty quickly!lol!!

Where do you suppose the term 'hollow' legs comes from?!!!! or do you say that over there????
