Cubs Quilt for Daughter and Future Son-in-Law
 

This quilt was inspired by one done by hcarpanini at http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...s-t125498.html . My daughter and son-in-law are getting married June 30. They are huge Chicago Cubs fans. I started with a Cubs t-shirt and had their names and wedding date embroidered on it. This is the first quilt I sent out for quilting. I just need to bind it, and it will be ready to give to them when they get married.

Are they bears fans too? I have some small squares that are Chicago bears, was going to make a quilt for my mom but she passed. I'd love them to go to a real fan! I'm from Chicago but now live in Miami!

Awesome quilt!! I have been trying to find Cub fabric in cotton. Plenty of fleece but I prefer cotton. Want to make my son a cub quilt. I love yours!! :)
