Yes, it really does look shabby chic, and wow, your quilting is just fabulous:) REally pretty.

I love how this one turned out. It just looks so shabby chic to me. I got freedom to quilt this one the way I wanted. :) It has two layers of batting in it. Gives a great loft without overdoing it. It was quilted on an Innova longarm. The quilt is boxed up and ready to be shipped back home.

Lovely quilting, and I just love those pastels together, what is the name of that quilt pattern do you know?

Nice work! Your a little far for me to have you do my quilting though.

Very pretty - so soft and cuddly looking. I love your quilting.

It turned out very nice. What kind of batting are the 2 layers? Usually we can see them on the edge of the quilt, but I can't quite make them out.

The quilting and quilt are very beautiful.:)

Sorry, I always trim the battings off before pics. It is an 80/20 cotton and a wool batting.

That makes me even more curious. What does the wool batting add? I'm thinking it's fluffier???

It does have a little more loft than the warm and natural batting. I bet it is super warm. I want to get some and try it on a quilt for myself this winter(with minkee on the back....I live in Wisconsin and it gets cold here).
