Couldn't resist making this two items from recent tutorials posted here.
When doing the pincushion I added a small loop to hold my small scissors that seem to mysteriously disappear from time to time.

I just love the way you added the scissor loop and your fabric combination is perfect.

I'm on this board a lot every day......I missed the tut for the thread catcher. Can you point me in the right direction?

Yes, it was a link posted to a blog by new QB member Dena789 from Alberta:
Here's Dena's tutorial on her blog:
http://needlingthings.blogspot.com/2...d-catcher.html

Here's the thread on QB mentioning it:
http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-150306-1.htm

It's nice when the designer's name is referenced and credit given.

Thank you, MTS! I should have said links instead of tutorials. Sorry if I sent anyone in the wrong direction.

Yep, sweet. Like the loop you added. I may need to whip some up this week, oops next week, we won't be home this week. Going to NC for a few days.

Links or tutorials ...not important.

But it's always nice to link back to or reference the source of the pattern if available when posting pictures.

And at the very least, credit should be given.

Especially when it's one of your fellow countrywoman! :D :D :D
