Cute tote bag using a mug rug
 

I had some extra mug rugs that I had made when I was doing some experimenting. A friend of my mom's really like one of them but had no use for a mug rug. I used it as a front pocket for a really nice tote bag. Here is the result.

Kiffie - it is a standard bag design. Rectangle shape, sew the sides - I square off the bottom to give it a bit of flair, but otherwise its pretty plain.
