Ok so this is my first trial doing this pattern, but i need opinions on which block will look less busy and the corner blocks nicer???? am I making sense?????
How about a red sashing with the corner green same as in the block itself...BTW i am inspired by Katier825 setup of the D9P because i don't like the block to be busy. You can see it here and get what i am looking for: http://www.quiltingboard.com/t-159483-1.htm HELP!!!!!!!!!!!! |
i like the left block, middle pic
i like the right and i would set the blocks on point with sashing using the green for the cornerstones.
So do I. It make a nice pattern
May i add that i am the worst visual person ever....no pic...no do

Charming, Arranging it on point is what mine is like. Do you have any red that you want to use for the sashing? If so, lay the blocks on it and see what you think. it's so much easier to visualize that way.
I like the one on the right in the top pic. :) |
WOW! On point!!!! What a great idea!
I think you're off to a great start, I like the block on the right in the top photo the best, and red sashing sounds like it would work nicely.
I also like the right block in the first pic!!
