My dd has been begging to make a tote bag. We spent a better part of today making it. I did the cutting and ironing, but she did ALL the sewing!! She's very proud of herself, as am I!!

Too cute! Congrats on teaching your daughter to sew! The lil doggy on the pocket is cute too!

Great job on a cute purse. She looks so proud of her work. Confidence will help her to go far in life and sewing is a great skill to have.

I think it's wonderful that you're teaching your cute little one how to sew!
She did a great job! Looks like she already knows how :) |
Great picture!
|
She looks really proud and rightfully so. Great job!
|
How cute and how wonderful do work with your daughter.
|
The bag is so cute. You both did a wonderful job.

Very cute...she did a great job! Did you stabilize your embroidery with an iron on stabilizer cut to the size of the whole pocket (leave it on cuz it helps firm up the pocket too--just treat it as one fabric)? It's adorable, anyway. She can carry lots of good things in that bag!

She did a great job. She's sure beaming over it.

Wow that is a wonderful day you had! She is glowing and deserves a huge pat on the back!
|
Very cute. Teach them young. That will be your future helper.
|
She did a wonderful job. It is a great tote.

Congrats, Mom. She did a wonderful job and looks so happy to be using her new bag.
