I admire everyone who can stick with this project. I just love seeing everyone's blocks. It gives me hope that I can start my DJ next year. Thanks for sharing.

Hi, I've just worked out that I am about 75% of the way through my blocks, but I have left nearly all the applique ones to do last, so I am going to slow down again!!

WOW!! Congratulations to you for completing your beautiful Dear Jane. You did a beautiful job! It gives me a push to get back to mine....I've distracted with other projects. Thank you for sharing.

The original is at the Bennington Museum in Bennington, Vermont......I saw it last October- it was beautiful![/quote]
Yes, but they only display it at certain times of the year (I think Sept & Oct only) so verify before you go. It is on my bucket list for sure. This quilt is amazing! It is also on my bucket list, but I hope I kick the bucket before I get to it!! It says something about your strength of character to be able to start AND complete this quilt. It is an heirloom to be treasured by your family for years. Well done and inspiring! |
Really beautiful!!

I have the book, does anyone know about how much it cost to have it spiral bound. I know some have done this... Thanks
