Hi Everyone....As with all of you - it's been crazy busy....but, here is Month 3 of my gifts for my folks and Aunts --- that "membership in the place mat of the month club" i've told you about.
I confess i stole the "moose in the window" idea from a great wall hanging that was posted on the Board...and i've seen variations of the ornaments hanging from antlers in cards and such...the red birds were prompted by the background fabric i found and loved...and the gingerbread house just "came about". LOL! Those are adorable. Love how the Christmas tree next to the house looks almost like a cupcake with green frosting and a cherry on top. The reindeer peeking in the window is my favorite, though. :)

Thanks everyone for all your very kind compliments. I'm having fun with this project - and i think my folks and aunts are too.
Lynnie - we must be on the same wavelength (not good for YOU).......i am already sketching for January - and snow people and penguins are high on the list. Don't know yet what will shake out yet. |
