The size really does look perfect. I've been meaning to make a king size quilt also.

For some reason I’ve been asked to make many king size quilts the past few months. They are a challenge. I really don’t have space to lay them out & my bed is a queen so when I put them on it I just sort of make sure it drags the floor and hope it’s going to look ok when it gets to that king bed. I think I’m getting better at judging. Guess practice does make a difference
