Looking at them closely, I think the fabric for the yellow ones was made from a drawing/painting and the ripe ones fabric was from a photo Phyl

I like the yellow bananas.

IMHO...........the bright ones. The ripe ones are over ripe they look like they are ready for the trash bin or banana bread. I would NEVER use it in a quilt. I think you made the right choice. :thumbup: :thumbup: :thumbup: I could picture it as a border for a jar quilt or a pie quilt.

Freeze the ripe ones without skin and use in smoothies ! as for the fabric ! go for it , ah them ?! have fun, lets see finished pic please !!

I prefer the bright yellow, especially if you're making a bright quilt for a child.

Both are neat. The darker one looks like my bananas, humm maybe I should start thinking Banana Bread. I hadn't seen these yet.
