Disappearing Hourglass
 

I just finished this table runner using the Disappearing Hourglass block. I wanted to make a test sample of the block before making a quilt. I liked the block, so made enough for table runner.

Nothing better than a black and white quilt of any sort. Good job.

I love this pattern but when I made a queen size quilt for a friend the bias edges gave me fits. I am going to try it again though. Love your runner and might make some out of Christmas fabric for gifts. Thank you for sharing.

Love the black and white and the pattern is a knock out!

I did make the queen sized quilt using this pattern. I was fortunate enough to take a class from Jenny herself (a delightful lady). However, I did have trouble with the bias--using quality fabric. If you turn every other block around, it gives you a secondary pattern with little hourglasses. Might be something to consider if you are making a big quilt.

Great table runner. I love those disappearing blocks from MSQC. I even made a family reunion quilt from one of them and my family loved it.
