So, I came across Ditter's string quilt tutorial and had a look at my scrap pile and the rest is history! I loved doing this quilt and have enough scraps to make at least 2 or 3 more! Thanks again Ditter for the great, easy to follow tutorial!!

Very pretty!

That is great!

What a work of art. This quilt is lovely -- and the contrast of the darks and the lights is exceptional. Obviously, you have a good eye for putting together those colors. What a wonderful result.
I love it and the fact that you also made a reversible quilt is very nice too!

I love string quilts and your's is a beauty. That is very effective how you placed the darks and lights. A great idea of making it reversible.
Thank you for your kind words but I can't take any credit for it. I followed Ditter's tutorial and made it just like she did. I actually put all of my lights in a bin and my darks in a bin and, as long as the strip was long enough, I just sewed whatever I pulled out! (except for the black centre strip) It was a lot of fun to make and I loved that when I was done, it was all quilted!!
