Some one mentioned this pattern a few weeks ago. I'm between quilts and as I usually do I relax!!? with "something completely different" Cute pattern. Not difficult but diddly. Took two days. It called for fusing fleese to the materials but I quilted the pattern instead. This was a Dragonfly fabric. I was going to make a skirt..... but discovered I've grown. Sigh! So I made the purse instead.
Back to quilting :D

Very unique .... how did you do the "cording" on front/pouch area?

You make piping and then pull it up after its attached.

Wow! Normally I'm kind of "eh" about quilted bags but I love that style and you picked some great fabric to go with it! It looks like something I'd carry. Good work. :)
