So THAT's where I went wrong this week Terri :wink: , (Put 3lb back on.... :( )

I fell by the wayside this last few days, going down to Burriana Beach and having a MASSIVE burger and chips at 'Bitter n Twisted' Bar did it...down hill all the way since...BUT today I start again :wink:
