4 years ago when I started quilting I found this pattern. I have since lost it. Does anyone know its name or where I can find it. I have tried to draw it out but can't get it to come out right.

All I rememer is that you sew 2 stripped triangle with 1 triagle triagle to make 1/2 a hex then sew the two 1/2 hexes together to form the hexagon. i believe the stripe were cut at 1 1/2 inches.

Any help would be greatly appericated gs has a birthday coming up and likes that design for his quilt.

Sorry can't help you but I like the design too.

I thought it might be one of Kayewood's designs but I don't see it on her site, sorry.

Don't know the name, but there are 2 different triangles in the pattern. One is 4 strips of fabric sewn together then cut into the triangles---purple, blue, purple, yellow. The other block is 3 triangles sewn into a bigger triangle--blue X3, Yellow X1.
