A while back I asked for opinions on a design for my granddaughter's quilt. Got lots of response. This is the progress I've made so far. So far I haven't had any problems so I think I should be able to finish it by the middle of July when the baby is due.

I made this pattern also!! I used black, grey and white. The main fabric was a football novelty print. This was a gift for my youngest son. He played football in high school.

If you lived closer I would help you quilt this and be ready to "star" at the baby shower.

Maybe you could give it to her just as is - and tell her the finished product is coming when baby is coming home! I did that once - by friend loved it anyway.
