Definitely worth the time... I am awed at anyone that can do the stars.. I still have alot of trouble with the points... great job... beautiful quilt

Yes, I drew out a star and made a template for it. Actually two templates, one large and a small one for the sashing. You can't really tell from the picture of the back but there is a LOT of quilting on this. I used a gold colored thread to compliment the focus fabric.

NOTHING is as special as a hand-quilted quilt. Part of your soul goes into each stitch. You did it so quickly.
